RESILIENCE MENTOR COURSE: 2024 DATES ANNOUNCED!

 

The Resilience Mentor Course is an in-depth program that will equip participants with the detailed knowledge, skills and confidence to act as an assistant instructor and mentor in the Resilience Shield methodology. The Resilience Mentor can explain, and practically apply, the proprietary Resilience Shield diagnostic tools to assess individual resilience and subsequently develop Resilience Action Plans. Resilience Mentors understand where professional help might be required and will recommend into the correct pathways.

The Resilience Mentor is a prerequisite qualification for the Resilience Instructor qualification.
