The Resilience Exponent Course is an in-depth program for those looking to convert their online learning into a certification with The Resilience Shield. Available to both individuals and organisations, this course provides a comprehensive understanding of the constituent components of resilience (the Innate, Mind, Body, Social, Professional and Adaptation layers) and how they can be improved.

Individuals who complete the full Resilience Exponent Course will become certified Resilience Exponents, with a certificate and digital badge that can be used in social media, professional biographies, profiles and emails.

DATES FOR 2024 ANNOUNCED!

 

The Resilience Mentor Course is an in-depth program that will equip participants with the detailed knowledge, skills and confidence to act as an assistant instructor and mentor in the Resilience Shield methodology. The Resilience Mentor can explain, and practically apply, the proprietary Resilience Shield diagnostic tools to assess individual resilience and subsequently develop Resilience Action Plans. Resilience Mentors understand where professional help might be required and will recommend into the correct pathways.

The Resilience Mentor is a prerequisite qualification for the Resilience Instructor qualification.
